| The focus of the Lee Law Firm is solidly on representing individuals - ordinary people who have been faced with an extraordinary problem because of an injury. Not everyone needs or wants a lawyer when they've been injured, but if having an advocate who is experienced in getting the bills paid and in getting fair compensation is what you are interested in, give us a call. |

| Most personal injury claims are resolved without the necessity of filing a lawsuit. Sometimes, however, a lawsuit is necessary to obtain fair compensation (or perhaps any compensation at all). Whether your claim eventually gets filed or not, you'll want an attorney who is experienced in trial practice. Mr. Lee's trial experience includes trying numerous cases before juries, judges and arbitrators in state and federal courts, in trials lasting anywhere from half of a day to three months. He has tried cases in many different courts in different states, primarily in Washington. Altogether, Mr. Lee has been the sole attorney or lead attorney in over 100 jury trials. |

Trial is rarely necessary to successfully resolve a case, however, and modern legal practice demands that lawyers be adept at "ADR," Alternative Dispute Resolution. Some cases settle in a "mediation," where, the parties meet with a neutral third party who helps reach a resolution. Other cases are tried in an "arbitration," where the parties present their case in a less formal manner to one or more arbitrators who make a decision which may not be binding, but which will often help the parties to resolve the case without the expense and stress of a jury trial. Regardless of which manner of resolution best suits your needs, we have the experiences and resources to make your case a success. |
| Mr. Lee is experienced in ADR methods such as arbitration and mediation. Whether trial, arbitration, mediation or direct negotiations are necessary in your case, Mr. Lee has the experience to get the best result for you. | |
